Disguises Theatre
Disguises opened in 1999 with a large selection of costumes and accessories. Since then, we have grown to a 16,000 square foot costume superstore with more than 100,000 costumes. We cater to individuals of all tastes and sizes, educational institutions and corporations.

Request Theatre Packet
You can start the rental process by filling out our `Theatre Packet Request` form.

Once you submit your request, you will automatically receive an email with information about how to contract with us for you production.
Submit Contract
In order to secure your show rental dates, submit your contract and book your rental.
Receive Confirmation Email
We will send you a confirmation with your production dates, pick up or ship date, and paperwork due date. Make sure to read it carefully and let us know if you need to adjust any dates.
Complete Paperwork
Submit `Cast Measurement Sheet` and `Cast Detail Order Form` by your paperwork due date (3 weeks or 15 business days before your pick up date). If you are local, you can schedule with us to have one of our costumers measure your cast. This appointment should be completed before the paperwork due date.
Disguises Can Now Begin Working On Your Show
Receive Your Costumes
Your costumes can be picked up one week prior to your show in most cases. If your costumes are being shipped, we will plan to ship them so they are scheduled to arrive about that time as well. Each costume will be labeled with a green tag that shows all of the pieces that go with the costume-save these! You’ll also get an inventory by actor of all of the costumes for your reference (and return shipping labels if applicable).

Return Your Costumes!
Reassemble your costumes and reattach the green tags. Then return them to us by delivering them to the store or using the return shipping labels we sent with your costumes.
